gftp versions 2.0.18 and before have a directory traversal issue.  This issue
was reported to bugtraq in 2004, but it was not discovered in gftp until recently.

This issue should also affect RHEL2.1 and RHEL3.

According to gftp's changelog, this issue is fixed in 2.0.18.  Is this incorrect?
