Robbie, do you have /var/log/httpd/error_log at hand to see what was the failure in httpd?
Not anymore, sorry. I believe I tried it one more time and the failure was deterministic.
I imagine this is related to NSS switching from dbm to sqlite in rawhide (F28).

Robbie, I think we'd need you to repeat the failure, and provide the additional error logs. In addition, if you could produce a VM for inspection, that would be helpful, too.
