screenshot of UI

Description of problem: We were trying to see facts of host under "Any Organization" but It showed "Something went wrong undefined method `name' for nil:NilClass" and production.log shows internal server error. This was reproducible when we had discovered host under Hosts -> Discovered Hosts.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Satellite 6.3 snap 15

How reproducible: always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Discovered a host using discovery provisioning
2. Check host is discovered successfully under Hosts -> Discovered Hosts
3. Navigate to "Any organization"
4. Click on Monitor -> Facts

Actual results:
Facts page shows error as "Oops, we're sorry but something went wrong undefined method `name' for nil:NilClass" and production.log shows 500 internal server error.

Expected results:
Error should get handled.
