Description of problem:
[UI] - 'Manage Networks' dialog is blank.

The 'Manage Networks' dialog under Networks>Clusters and Cluster>Networks is blank.

on 4.2.0-0.0.master.20170912134930.gitc81ca84.el7.centos the dialog was OK and on today's build 4.2.0-0.0.master.20170913112412.git2eb3c0a.el7.centos it is blank

This bug report has Keywords: Regression or TestBlocker.
Since no regressions or test blockers are allowed between releases, it is also being identified as a blocker for this release. Please resolve ASAP.

Hi Greg, this need some additional work. 
'Manage Networks' under Cluster>Logical Networks has a problem with the right/left scrolling. attaching record. Thanks,

This dialog still has few minor bugs which need a fix. I will verify this original issue(as it was fixed) and report new bug.
Verified on - 4.2.0-0.0.master.20170921184504.gitfcfc9a7.el7.centos

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.0 release, published on Dec 20th 2017.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.0 release, published on Dec 20th 2017, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
