Description Bipin Kunal 2017-09-15 11:34:17 UTC
Issue :
For geo-replication in RHGS, rsync and tar+ssh both are supported. Certainly, this is used as per workload. In RHHI we only support RSYNC but it is not documented.

Doc URL : https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_hyperconverged_infrastructure/1.0/html-single/maintaining_red_hat_hyperconverged_infrastructure/#configure_disaster_recovery_using_geo_replication

Section : CHAPTER 3. CONFIGURE DISASTER RECOVERY USING GEO-REPLICATION

Suggestion: Add in the doc that only rsync method is supported in RHHI

Hi Apurva,

I was looking at the mentioned doc, I am not seeing the instance of 'rsync'
Does your change got overwritten ?

Let me know, if I am looking at the wrong section

Tested with the doc and the rsync is called out as the default method of sync
