Patch 3a9808c49de8f8 removed the grub2-tools* from the x86 boot.iso, but they are useful during install and rescue so they should be included.
Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 27-beta by Fedora user bcl using the blocker tracking app because: The grub2-tools are useful during installation and rescue, and are present on ppc64, but not x86.
Are they *really* useful during install and rescue? If you're going to run them, wouldn't you do it out of a chroot into the installed system anyhow? I think this is why pjones figured to remove them...

Discussed at blocker review meeting [1]: AcceptedFreezeException - This is small change which could help some people and shouldn't affect installation. [1] https://meetbot-raw.fedoraproject.org/fedora-blocker-review/2017-09-18
