Created attachment 1326602 [details] Config dropdown is missing in 5.8 Description of problem: When a server is removed from the region, it is marked as "not responding" and can be deleted through the UI. This was done by navigating through Configuration => Diagnostics => Zone => Select server on right hand side => Configuration dropdown => Delete server In 5.7 the configuration dropdown shows when the server is selected in the right hand side of the diagnostics screen. In 5.8 the configuration dropdown is missing. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.8.1.5 How reproducible: Always Additional Info: Without this feature, customers must use the rails console to remove server records which have been removed from the region.

So I believe this is was originally a regression on 5.8 and should get back ported accordingly. This was last seen working on 5.8.0.17
