Adding my findings just in case. On clean f26 deployment of SHE failed with: Error: Problem: conflicting requests - nothing provides ovirt-host >= 4.2.0 needed by ovirt-hosted-engine-setup-2.2.0-0.0.master.20171016160135.git55723e8.fc26.noarch

The only needed steps are: dnf install http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/yum-repo/ovirt-release-master.rpm dnf install ovirt-vmconsole Changing resolution from upstream to nextrelease since 4.2 won't support Fedora at all and there's no upstream bugzilla other than this one.
