That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.
I think Florence nailed the issue: it is the IPA vs dogtag CA uuid mismatch. IPA has it as one value and dogtag has another. How this can happen I don't know.
I saw mention elsewhere that ipa-getcert was successful outside the replica install but looking at the logs on the existing master I can find no successful certificate requests.
The logs show that the CA wasn't accepting requests at all until the 15th. I'd be curious to know what was fixed then. Immediately after that was somehow repaired the requests for an ldap cert start appearing (and failing).
As for a resolution, and I'd like confirmation on this, I believe that the ipaCaId attribute should be modified to match that of dogtag.
