Description of problem:
Some changes in rdma-core v15, which we're aiming to bring into Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5 require a trivial systemd patch to keep ibacm working:

  commit 5570d7f95612 ("Support 'rdma' as a ListenNetlink= argument (#6626)")

This is upstream as of systemd v235.
