This new container permissions (container operator, container operator) should allow accessing both new monitoring screens, as well as viewing container objects and ad hock metrics. See attached image

please refer to Loic's comments 13-15 ,Monitor is not added for both Roles.

I created 2 users for each containers Roles,container operator & container administrator.
both of them doesn't have access new monitoring screens.
