Description of problem:
In rhel-7-server-satellite-6.2-rpms repo has not been ported the errata RHSA-2016:1978 marked as "Important" and issued on 2016-09-29 .

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

On rhel7 the package python-twisted-web-12.1.0-5.el7_2 is present in the Optional channels, that is usually not enabled on Satellite, according to documentation, while python-twisted-web-12.1.0-4.el7 it's present in the rhel-7-server-satellite-6.2-rpms repo.
