Description of problem:
The source RPM package (not the "binary" python2-ansicolors and python3-ansicolors) contains a malformed description:

{Add ANSI colors and decorations to your strings.}

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.1.8-1

Additional info:

The issue is this syntax:
%description
{%desc}

which should be
%description
%{desc}
