Log, search for '-r1'

Description of problem:
Unable to edit zone description in global region, error "Name has already been taken" when saving

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.8.1.5.20170725160636_e433fc0

How reproducible:
1/1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. configure replication
2. edit default zone by changing the description, for example appending an '-r1' suffix

Note, this only happens in the global region. 

Actual results:
error "Name has already been taken" when saving

Expected results:
save changes like remote appliances.

Additional info:
