Recent customer updates from 10-10z4 have not noticed/followed the special NFV update information in the NFV Configuration Guide:

To help alleviate this, the content will be integrated into the Upgrade Guide.

Reopening since the appendix is misleading (mentions ovs 2.5 - ovs 2.6 and it should be for all ovs updates).
