Description of problem:
Of 26 servers, we have 6 that recently stopped checking in with RHN. rhnsd is running as expected, 
with the default interval. If I run "rhn_check", it checks in fine; however, rhn_check does not appear to 
be running automatically through rhnsd.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
up2date-4.2.57-2

How reproducible:
Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start rhnsd
2. Watch it not check in

This bug is filed against RHEL 3, which is in maintenance phase.
During the maintenance phase, only security errata and select mission
critical bug fixes will be released for enterprise products. Since
this bug does not meet that criteria, it is now being closed.
