Description of problem:
Logs aren't being rotated on the podified version of CFME. On a virtual appliance the logrotate cron job ensures that the logs are rotated daily. This seems to be not running on the podified version, which means that the logs just grow indefinitely in size.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.8.1.5

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy the podified CFME 5.8.1.5 in OCP
2. Wait for 24 hours, note that the logs in /var/www/miq/vmdb/log have not been rotated

Actual results:
Logs are not rotated

Expected results:
The logs should be rotated
