Description of problem: If you want to set up a http proxy for fetching playbooks for use in embedded ansible, you need to start, stop, then start the role after setting up the proxy information. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.8.2.2 Ideally if the proxy information is present when embedded ansible starts for the first time, it should be used. If the proxy information is not present the first time embedded ansible starts, I feel like a restart is acceptable.
