I think a new bug may have been better, the original issue cloned was solved with a configuration change, but not clear to me what it was and if you have tried that on this new customer case.  Was your issue on OSP9 or OSP10?

The case was closed and there have been no updates since Oct 2017.  I am closing this one out, please open a new BZ if there is still an issue.

Closed as NOTABUG, nothing for QE to test/automate. 
Also clearing Paul's needinfo to cleanup stuff.
