Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Version 5.9.0.2.20171010190026_0413a06 

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to cloud Intel->Reports->Import/Export accordion
2.Choose file and click on Upload button on import Widgets page 
3.Click on Commit button(Don't check the file)

Actual results:
Wrong flash message displayed when import/commit widget.
It showing flash "Widgets imported successfully" but in actually its not imported

Hi,

I cannot reproduce on master(I get error message if no file is checked). Please give me an appliance where I can reproduce.
