Description of problem:
After revert to an snapshot, the VM can't boot, because the CPU configuration is invalid.

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. shut down vm
2. make an snapshot via "sudo virsh snapshot-create-as foo bar"
3. start the vm
4. shut down the vm
5. revert to the snapshot via "sudo virsh snapshot-revert foo bar"
6. try to start the vm

Actual results:
Start fails with:
error: Failed to start domain foo
error: unsupported configuration: host doesn't support invariant TSC


Expected results:
running vm
