rpm -qi shows "https://fedorahosted.org/cluster/wiki/HomePage" which no longer exists.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run 'rpm -qi "gfs2-utils-3.1.10-3.el7.x86_64.rpm"'

Actual results:
"https://fedorahosted.org/cluster/wiki/HomePage" was shown.

Expected results:
The new upstream site needs to be shown.

I've updated the spec file, just need the flags set to push the change.
