Doc Text:	Previously, autofs did not hold a lock long enough during a master map re-read. Additionally, autofs unnecessarily took a lock for map read operations. As a consequence, the original lookup failed to complete, and autofs did not respond. This update corrects the locking of the master map and map read operations.
