RFE (BZ#988285):

* Ability to define logical networks from web-admin-portal, which are not attached to any physical interfaces (ethX/bond of ethX's) of the host/hypervisor.

* Use Case: virtual network interfaces from these Logical Networks, attached to VMs, can create a DMZ type environment *inside* RHEV. The VMs should be able to communicate between themselves over the bridge created (on the host/hypervisor) after defining this isolated logical network.

Note: VMs need to be on same host.
