When documenting the feature, please note that memory hot-unplug functionality places certain requirements on memory hot-plug. Those requirements should be mentioned not only in the memory hot-unplug documentation but also in the memory hot-plug documentation."

I could not find any hot-plug documentation but now there is an unplug feature we can document both plugging and unplugging.

The relevant section is in the VMM Guide.
Currently it states that the unplug feature is not supported. This should be removed and the unplug feature should be documented.

This is the documentation bug that I opened in parallel to the original RFE. There is no need for doc text here.
