Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.9.0.2.20171010190026_0413a06


How reproducible:100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add Azure Provider and Perform SSA on Windows Server 2016 Datacenter
2.
3.

Actual results: Everything gathers from instance except Applications and throws error in evm.log


Expected results: It should scan everything without any error.
