Description of problem:

Timezone value got appended in the request name while creating a schedule with the object type "Request".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

5.8.1.5.20170725160636_e433fc0

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Configuration -> Settings -> Schedules

2. Create a schedule. Choose the action as Automate task.

3. Click on the schedule and you will observe the timezone value get appended in the request name field.


Actual results:

Timezone value got appended in the request name.

Expected results:

No timezone value should be appended.

Please assess the impact of this issue and update the severity accordingly.  Please refer to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/page.cgi?id=fields.html#bug_severity for a reminder on each severity's definition.

If it's something like a tracker bug where it doesn't matter, please set the severity to Low.

I believe this is a dup of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1466032 which was fixed via this PR: https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq-ui-classic/pull/1794
