Fix warnings in spec file.

Some warnings pop up while building the package with the current spec file for virt-viewer.

warning: Macro %enable_autotools defined but not used within scope
warning: bogus date in %changelog: Tue Jun 07 2017 Victor Toso <victortoso@redhat.com> - 5.0-7

Nothing really major, but it would be nice to clean up those for 7.5 release, and can be fixed by the attached patch.

There aren't warnings in latest building log.

so move this bug to VERIFIED.
