Created attachment 1341166 [details] Describe unknown field in quota section Description of problem: The information about quota that is visible on Cloudforms are not fitting with Openstack quota. Showing unknown for many fields etc. Some of them are: Compute -Key Pairs Unknown used of 100 Volume - Backups Unknown used of 10 Volume - Gigabytes Unknown used of 1000 Checked from openstack end, there are two key pairs are available but cloudforms shows unknown out of 100 even after refresh of provider. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Red Hat Cloudforms 4.5 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Login to cloudforms operational portal. 2. Navigate to Compute -> Clouds -> Tennats 3. Check the quotas section Actual results: Quota section displays unknown for many fields. Expected results: It should be consistent. Few more points suggested by customer that are inconsistent as : Compute- floating ips 3 used of 10 instead of 3 used of 5 compute- security groups 11 used of 10 instead of 11 used of 40 compute- security group rules 31 used of 20 instead of 31 used of 200 Those "unknown" fields should contain a value.
