Description of problem:

The current version of django-nose in Rawhide (1.4.3) does not support Django 1.11, which is the version we have in the Rawhide repo. When trying to run tests, we get the following error:

AttributeError: type object 'BaseCommand' has no attribute 'option_list'

Version 1.4.5 supports the newer Django, see https://pypi.python.org/pypi/django-nose
