The procedure in the docs does not work with systemd. I removed the "Replacing Log Files with a Named Pipe" section and sub-sections from the docs until this has been fixed in RHDS.

I reported the problem that this does not work to the engineering team in BZ#1520373. When this has been fixed, we can re-add the section (maybe with some changes). I'm closing this doc BZ for now.
