This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Bug 18868 - pthread_barrier_init typo has in-theory-undefined behavior

This needs fixing to both avoid the in-theory-undefined behaviour, and also to remove a coverity check warning (cleans up the results).
