Description of problem:

User code compiled against jewel librados C++ interface will crash when librados is upgraded to luminous.

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install jewel ceph-test
2. copy ceph_test_librbd_api to a temporary location
3. upgrade ceph-test to luminous
4. upgrade (or install) cluster to luminous
5. run jewl ceph_test_librbd_api (with luminous librados2 installed)

Actual results:

crash

Expected results:

The test should complete.
