dot2tex 2.9.0 has been released in May 2014 [1].

The current version in Fedora is broken because pyparsing does not export Upcase and _noncomma anymore.

Please update to the latest release.

If you no longer want to maintain the package, please orphan it and somebody else will pick it up.
