So we had a similar request for ro_community and ro_community6, whcih are documented:

We just need to document the following:

snmp::ro_network
snmp::ro_network6
snmp::snmpd_config

Might also need to retitle the chapter since we're not just dealing with ro_community.

This should apply to OSP10, OSP11, and OSP12 (master).

The interesting feature is that you can override any snmp parameter in the config, via a new hash:

tripleo::profile::base::snmp::snmpd_config
