Description of problem:

Performing minor update with RHOS-12 doesn't provide any output until finished.
We need at least to see what node is currently updated which will help with debugging and real time monitoring

At least node that is currently updated is reported to operator

Also, instead of return nothing the websocket calls return the payload status.
