Description of problem:
Observing following warning logs while creating instance:

Create instance using horizon dashboard or nova cli, Instance creation is successful but above warning messages are logged.

This warning is harmless, so by definition it also shouldn't be a warning. INFO at most, perhaps even DEBUG.
