Description of problem:
Tag fields should be empty after selecting condition. Now if some tag is added and you want to combine it with AND operator, the fields still store the previous tag

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.9.0.4

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to add group page
2. Switch to Tag expression
3. Add some tag
4. Select AND operator tor tag
5. Check tag select fields

Actual results:
Previous tag values are stored

Expected results:
Tag should be empty when you adding new tag value
