Description of problem:
Certain GIF images will not render.  First discovered with Mozilla, verified with eog.

Same file render perfectly in RHEL 3, Fedora Core 2

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
libungif-4.1.3-1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. eog WPAGE.gif
2.
3.
  

Actual Results:  Error message:

loading failed: WPAGE.gif
loading failed: GIF image loader can't understand this image..

Expected Results:  The GIF is rendered by whichever (suitable) program is used.

Additional info:

I'll upload a sample file, from the PGI compiler documentation.

The gif appears to be simply invalid. It doesn't work in ImageMagick
either.
