Description of problem: Though it is planned to be retired in Fedora 28, automated QA testing in Fedora 27 still relies on rolekit for testing FreeIPA. Thus, we need to make sure it is present in the release. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Fedora-Modular-27-20171026.n.3 How reproducible: Every time Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install Modular Server using the "Fedora Server Edition" package set Actual results: rolekit is not installed on the system and is not available to install via DNF. Expected results: rolekit is available on the resulting system and its preset enabled Additional info: We will probably need to create a Server Edition module to carry Server-specific packages like this.
Proposed as a Blocker for 27-server-beta by Fedora user sgallagh using the blocker tracking app because: "The core functional requirements for all Featured Server Roles must be met, without any workarounds being necessary." Rolekit is needed to deploy FreeIPA roles, which are blocking.
Discussed during the 2017-10-30 blocker review meeting: [1] The decision to classify this bug as an AcceptedBlocker was made as rolekit missing violates all of the featured server blocker criteria.
