Description of problem:


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.9.0.4

How reproducible:
Very often on my appliance

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a Containers Provider to CFME
2. Navigate to Compute --> Containers --> Projects
3. Select one of the existing projects


Actual results:
An error will appear

Expected results:
A projects' dashboard view should appear

Additional info:
This is not 100% reproducible on all appliances. If needed, please ping me for details.
I've attached Chrome logs and screenshots. The evm.log didn't show any error or otherwise suspicious output

Please assess the impact of this issue and update the severity accordingly.  Please refer to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/page.cgi?id=fields.html#bug_severity for a reminder on each severity's definition.

If it's something like a tracker bug where it doesn't matter, please set the severity to Low.
