On the same location (No high latency):
CFME-5.9.0.14, with RHV graph Refresh - Off/RHV-4.2.1 Scale env (1800 VMs, 400 hosts)


Full refresh (not Initial full refresh)
CFME-5.9: 3 min
CFME-5.8: 4 min 

Initial full refresh take ~ 1 minute more for CFME-5.8/5.9

It would be great if we can try this on a location with high latency.
Although 25% improvement is not bad, but the main benefit can be seen when there is some latency.
