Description of problem:
After clean installation of ovirt-guest-agent I would expect the service to be enabled as it always was, but from 1.0.14-1 it is not.

ovirt-guest-agent-common-1.0.14-1.20171025101452.git1b11316.el7.centos.noarch

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install ovirt-guest-agent
2. check if ovirt-guest-agent is enabled

it is not

the service should be enabled

build 1.0.14-1 is broken and should be ignored
for build 1.0.14-2 this issue is known
