Description of problem:

rsyslog service fails to start. When started manually, following error occurs:

[root@localhost ~]# /usr/sbin/rsyslogd -n -d 
/usr/sbin/rsyslogd: symbol lookup error: /usr/sbin/rsyslogd: undefined symbol: fjson_global_do_case_sensitive_comparison

rsyslog-8.30.0-3.fc26.x86_64
libfastjson-0.99.6-1.fc26.x86_64


How reproducible:

systemctl start rsyslog.service

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run /usr/sbin/rsyslogd -n -d

Actual results:

program exits with error code an error message is printed 

Expected results:

program runs in foreground
