Description of problem: When running 'flatpak remotes' for the first time on a fresh Fedora 27 Atomic Workstation install, an error is observed. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): flatpak-0.9.99-1.fc27.x86_64 flatpak-libs-0.9.99-1.fc27.x86_64 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Fresh install of Fedora 27 Atomic Workstation 2. Login as unprivileged user 3. Run 'flatpak remotes' Actual results: $ flatpak remotes error: mkdirat: Permission denied Expected results: List any remotes (should be zero) Additional info: If I use 'sudo' to run 'flatpak remotes', it is successful. Additionally, after running via 'sudo', I was able to run 'flatpak remotes' unprivileged as well.
