Description of problem:
There is no indication of which plan was used on deployed nodes on UI Nodes page.

We should specify in which deployment plan these nodes were deployed or show only "free" nodes for a yet deployed plan.

openstack-tripleo-ui-7.4.3-0.20171023133305.8616195.el7ost.noarch

Steps to Reproduce:
1. deploy an overcloud using default deployment plan
2. create a new plan and switch to it
3. go to nodes page
