[Docs][RFE][SHE] manually configure multipathing to allow selecting more than one iSCSI target

During SHE deployment, you can only select one iSCSI target. To enable more than one, you must manually configure multipathing before running hosted-engine --deploy. We should add a note about this to the iSCSI storage section of the SHE deployment procedure, with a link to the RHEL docs for manual multipathing (if they have any).
Untargeting pending proper docs triage and acceptance.
