Description of problem:
In SUI there's a wrong total count of orders. The number is always bigger by 1.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have empty appliance, login to ssui
2. There's one order indicated on the left but the list is empty (see screenshot)
3. You can try to order some services, the number displayed will always be bigger by one (see screenshot)

Actual results:
The total count of orders in ssui is worng

Expected results:
The total count of orders should be accurate
