Description of problem:
The new dialog editor won't enable the Save button, therefore making it unable to create new dialogs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the dialog editor
2. Drop a checkbox in the pre-prepared section
3. make sure all the name and description/help fields are filled for dialog, tab, section and the checkbox

Actual results:
Save button is disabled

Save button is enabled
