Description of problem:

In VM reconfigure view in disks section, after clicking the YES | NO switch, the content of the swich moves 1px up, which leaves 1px wide line at the bottom.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Virtual Machines
2. Select some VM, Go to Reconfigure VM
3. Click on switch in disks section, "Delete Backing"

Actual results:
content of the switch moves 1px up leaving 1px line at the bottom

Expected results:
there should be no while line at the bottom
